Please apply for a vendor position ahead of time. Additional space will be available but the prime space is limited. Once you have been accepted, we will provide information on submitting payments.

Booth space/Fees:
10x10 $120; 10x20 $220; see below for sizes and fees specific to food vendors.

Food Vendors:
We are accepting applications for food vendors of most types. Booth sizes for food vending are 10x10, with some accommodation made as necessary. Vending fee is $220. Food vendors must file for temporary food service permits in Lake County Oregon. More information will be provided when your application has been accepted. If needed, you will be assigned a space that can accommodate a vehicle. Please be specific on your application.

Espresso Vendors:
We are accepting applications for Espresso Vendors at this time. 

Camping/Parking:
We plan to have the vendor area on the private property in the center of the festival. We prefer camping in or immediately behind your booth, as to provide extra security to your items within your booth space.

Electricity:
No power will be provided. You may provide your own power but be creative in finding ways to reduce your needs and in using alternative means. Generators must be fuel efficient with clean emissions and quiet enough to not disrupt the music. For assistance in finding compliant power sources try:
